The aim of the teacher / junior training is to generate solid BailAdoro junior staff. This requires a lot of motivation and discipline. Because the offspring should be able to teach at various schools in the future. Therefore, there is a selection process with auditions and discussions for the youngsters. Remedial training
The funding program helps you to develop, expand and improve your dance basics of the respective dance style. The focus is on individual support in the areas of lady / man styling, follow-up / leadership technology as well as the combination and creation of new figures.
Junior training
The training for young talents serves to learn and consolidate the didactic and dance basics of the respective dance style. The junior training can be attended parallel to the special needs training.
Teacher training
In the teacher training, the aspects and experiences of practical teaching are discussed and deepened. New leadership techniques and figures are considered and incorporated into the teaching structure.
