BIOGRAPHY OF MARIA CRESPO:

Maria Crespo has more than 25 years of experience and started doing gymnastics at a young age.

She is trained in classical dance, flamenco, contemporary dance and was a competitive athlete and professional Afro-Latinist.

Her knowledge of body and dance is enormous and since she is also a dance teacher, she knows exactly what everyone needs. She specializes in training for dancers and also does personal training. This enables her to adapt to different levels and people, to give individual feedback and exercises.

Maria Crepso gives you the perfect body balance that you need for dancing or for everyday life.

What can you learn in the camps?

Maria Crespo has specialized in dance itself and with her knowledge of classical dance, Afro and body movement in the form of stretching and balance, she recognizes weaknesses, bad posture or balance problems. She can give valuable tips on this. Whether you are a dance professional or a beginner, everyone will be able to take something away from these camps! Your explanations and examples can also be recorded and practiced at home.

All camps will have a different theme. It starts with a Be flexible camp. The 3 other topics will be communicated after the 1 camp.

She is trained in classical dance, flamenco, contemporary dance and has been a competitive fitness athlete as well as a professional afro-latin dancer.

Her knowledge about body and the dance is enormous and as she is also a dance teacher she knows exactly what each person needs. She specialist in trainings for dancers and is also doing personal trainings. Therefore she is able to adjust to all publics, give individual feedbacks and exercises.

What can you learn in these camps?

Maria Crespo is specialized in dance specific body movements, stretching and balance. This knowledge helps her detecting weaknesses in your dancing, your posture or in your balance. It does not matter if you are a professional dancer or a beginner, everyone will learn and improve their dancing due to her huge knowledge. You can even videotape her explanation at the end and practice at home!

In every camp there will be a different topic. The first topic will be "Be flexible". The other topics will be communicated after the first camp.
