Let me introduce myself briefly:
I am Emanuela, an Italian living in Basel for about 8 years. I am a musician (a violinist in the orchestra and a music teacher), and in recent years, I have developed a passion for yoga, becoming a teacher in Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Yoga for Children.
The path to teaching yoga came into my life rather serendipitously, and over time, I realized how profoundly it changed me for the better.
Children's yoga is truly something special.
In today's performance-driven world, where children face increasingly stressful demands from an early age, yoga provides an ideal balance. I would be delighted to impart strength, serenity, and joy to your children, helping them build a better life with enhanced self-confidence and happiness.
